Refund & Cancellation Policy

​1. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the “Billing” or “Membership” section, or by contacting our support team at support@nevadanurse.net.

Monthly Memberships: Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until that date.

Annual Memberships: You may cancel anytime, and your access will continue through the end of your current annual term.
Note: Canceling your membership prevents future billing but does not automatically initiate a refund.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to provide valuable content and services to our members. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund terms:

Refunds are not issued for monthly subscriptions once a billing cycle has started.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 3 days of the charge to request a review.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside of the standard policy may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of:
